    culinary gem
    comfy room
    digital check-in
    breakfast letdown
    noisy environment

Tucked away, Number One Hundred is a culinary gem with eateries like Baba's just a hop away! My large, comfy room was the cherry on top. Loved the fully digitized check-in—swoosh, I was in! 👏

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, just a croissant in a bag? Not ideal for the price. Plus, the noise from the busy road outside and creaky doors made for some restless nights.

    cozy room
    common area coffee
    dated bathroom

I was really impressed with my cozy room, and I loved sipping coffee in the common area while chatting with other guests. The outdoor garden was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and the leisure room offered some much-needed relaxation. The bathroom could use a little updating, but overall, it didn’t take away from my enjoyable stay. 😊

    great shower

This place was a great match for my trip to Cardiff with a reasonable price. The bathroom had a great shower which was refreshing after a long day. Just be cautious about the area, it feels a bit run down.

    self-check-in
    freshly baked croissants
    distracting noise
    uncomfortable sleep

my stay at number one hundred was fantastic! the room was comfortable, and i enjoyed self-check-in, making everything easy. the breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices, exceeding my expectations from my previous visit in cardiff.

street noise was distracting at night.

    exceptional breakfast
    quiet surroundings

great access to parks and landmarks for city explorations

I loved how quiet it was despite being on a busy road. Breakfast was exceptional value for money that fueled my daily adventures around the city, especially visiting the beautiful Bute Park, which is just over 2 km away, and the iconic Principality Stadium, easily reachable in under a 30-minute walk.

The Victorian architecture adds a charming touch to the experience.

Street noise made it difficult to sleep at times.

    peaceful neighbourhood
    quality coffee
    limited breakfast variety

The location offered a delightful blend of tranquility and access to the city center. The common room had character and served quality coffee.

The atmosphere was pleasant but could benefit from a more varied breakfast selection.

    ineffective heating
    cold room

my stay was fantastic, even better than my last visit in cardiff. the convenience of being a 15-minute walk from the city centre was a great perk. The breakfast had yummy croissants and fresh fruit. the self-check-in made everything smooth and easy for our arrival.

For a place that touts the availability of parking, the on-street arrangement means it's all up for grabs and not guaranteed, which can be tricky. The room’s proximity to the busy road resulted in some disturbing noise at night, making it difficult to catch solid sleep. Breakfast options lacked variety, requiring pre-planning if you wanted anything beyond the pre-packaged croissant. the communal coffee machine had limited operating hours, which may not suit those looking for an early caffeine boost.

Number One Hundred offers a very clean and well-decorated space, ideally situated just a 25-minute walk from Cardiff city centre. The fully digitized check-in system allowed for a hassle-free late arrival, and the room was equipped with various amenities that made the stay comfortable.
